A Plant Built Around Tolerance
Qingdao HanMi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Qingdao, China. Today the company operates an 8,500 m² plant with 120 employees — 68 of them engineers and toolmakers — running 12 five-axis machining centers, 26 CNC lathes, EDM and grinding cells, and eight injection molding machines from 80 to 350 tons.
We build injection molds, die casting molds, stamping dies and precision machined components for automotive, medical, consumer electronics, new energy and robotics programs across 60+ countries. Every project starts with an engineering review of your drawings, because a quote should be a technical opinion — not a number.
Quality is documented, not claimed: ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 systems govern every process from steel procurement to final CMM validation, with SPC records available for audit.

CNC lathes and mill-turn centers produce shafts, connectors and rotary components with Ra 0.4 μm finishes and concentricity within 0.005 mm.
EDM — Wire & Spark

Wire cutting and die-sinking EDM reach geometries no cutter can: sharp internal corners, deep ribs and textured surfaces on hardened steel.
