FAQ

Before You Ask

The questions buyers ask most, answered straight.

01 What files do you need to prepare a quotation?

2D drawings (PDF or DWG) and 3D models (STEP, IGES or native) are ideal. Even early-stage concepts work — our engineers complete DFM review and return a transparent quotation within one business day.

02 What is your minimum order quantity?

For molds and dies, MOQ is one set. For precision machined parts, typical MOQ is 50–100 pieces depending on geometry; prototypes are welcome at small quantities.

03 Which certifications does your plant hold?

ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), IATF 16949:2016 (automotive) and ISO 13485:2016 (medical devices). Certificates and audit reports are available on request under NDA.

04 What lead time should we plan for?

First samples ship in 5–10 days for machined parts and 20–35 days for complete tools. Production lots follow the agreed schedule with weekly progress updates.

05 Can you sign an NDA before we share drawings?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as standard practice and can work under your template. Our internal access controls restrict project files to the assigned engineering team.

06 How do you ensure quality in mass production?

SPC on critical dimensions, first-article inspection on every setup, calibrated CMM verification and retained samples per lot. Full inspection reports accompany shipments on request.
