These Terms of Use govern your access to this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Content and purpose

The pages, drawings, photographs, specifications, tolerances and lead times published here are provided for general information. They are not a binding offer and do not constitute a warranty or a guaranteed specification. Only a written quotation or a signed contract from Qingdao HanMi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. creates binding obligations.

2. Requests for quotation

Information submitted through our forms is a request for a quotation. Submitting a request does not create a contract, and we reserve the right to decline a project — for example where the geometry cannot be produced to specification, where the requested volume is below our minimum order quantity, or where export-control rules apply.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you hold the rights to any drawings, models or specifications you send us and that sharing them does not infringe a third party’s intellectual property.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools to harvest its content.
• Where a project is subject to export control or sanctions rules, you agree to provide the end-use information we need to comply with them.

4. Intellectual property

The site itself — its text, layout, code and images we created — belongs to Qingdao HanMi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission. Ownership of tooling, drawings and documentation is governed by the individual supply contract. Customer drawings remain the customer’s property and are treated as confidential.

5. Third-party content and links

This site may embed or link to third-party content (for example a map). We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

6. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site available and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts at our place of business have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Where a separate supply contract contains its own governing law and dispute-resolution clause, that contract prevails.
